Doug Levine is originally from New York where he founded the international gym franchise Crunch Fitness and eLearning company, Voxy. Afterwards he moved to Miami Beach to start his family and in doing so Doug and his wife founded the innovative baby products company, Fridababy. After running the business out of their home Doug made the decision to venture into Wynwood in 2013 where he purchased his first building for office and warehousing space. With a passion for creative design and an innovative approach he now dedicates his time to commercial developments and delivering one-of-a-kind F&B, retail, warehousing and office spaces. As a landlord, he is known for maintaining strong lasting relationships with tenants by leveraging his business experience to set them up for success.
